Processing of heritage collections and archives

Delving into archives, dating documents, searching for clues, tracing back fragments... Archives and collections are materials to be sorted, organized, and understood in order to extract narratives worth sharing. Spinning the yarn of history, winding it into skeins and balls to weave memory: this is how we conceive our work.

We process 19th- to 21st-century collections and archives, including visual and/or textual materials such as photographs, posters, sketches and preparatory works, correspondence, notebooks, administrative documents, and more.

Bridging the gap between a scientific approach to history and the practical know-how of archival work, the Collectif Filature offers flexible, tailor-made solutions to its clients.
